I
have worked with clients of all ages, sizes and genders. I have worked
with athletes, teenagers, families, their dogs and my oldest clients
are well into their 80’s! The training agenda I design for my
clients are individualized and personal. Some programs are more
intensive and more demanding than others and some are more mindful and
holistically focused. I utilize isometrics, bodyweight &
weight training based exercises for strengthening. I also
incorporate plyometrics, agility drills, kickboxing, aerobics and
power-walking for cardio-vascular increases. I wholly believe in
Pilates & Yoga based movements for toning and overall
wellness.
