Reiki
Attuned as Reiki Master by friend Victoria Stall, Reiki came to Kate in 2013. Already comfortable assisting clients and intouch with the warmth of her hands, Reiki enhances the work Kate does harmoniously. Reiki is a heightened healing frequency that amplifies the healing potential of a specific area. Much like a radio broadcast Reiki sends messages to the cells and tissues and communicates a healthy directive to the body.
In her Reiki sessions, Kate guides clients to venture within through a divinely inspired meditative state. She uses Reiki in practice to assist lengthen muscles, bring mindfulness, minimize pain in localized areas and strengthen clients energy field.
Most clients respond well to Reiki and often feel peace and fall asleep. As with all treatments it is advised to drink ample clear water before and after treatment to flush toxins and speed healing response.
Reiki can be used in conjunction with any of Kate’s services as well as offered on it’s own. Clients are fully clothed and Reiki is often given floating above not necessary touching the client.

A devoted student to the stars, Kate has had a passion for Astrology since she was a young girl. Blessed to have studied with Carollanne Crichton and Alphee Lavoie, Kate is a Western Astrologer specializing in clarification of ones Soul purpose and life’s lessons. She offers her intuitive gifts grounded in the wisdom of the natal chart to assist clients to further understand their purpose on earth in this lifetime.
These readings include an in-depth tutorial of ones astrological chart and current transits. Astrology readings can be scheduled in-person, on the phone or via skype.
