You are only as young as your spine is flexible. If your spine is inflexibly stiff at 30, you are old. If it is completely flexible at 60, you are young.
Kate has seen miracles with the Pilates Method. A longtime practitioner and instructor, she is a certified Mat Instructor and a Stott Pilates trained Cadillac instructor. What People Say About Kate
I have been practicing yoga for many years now, but after I took a class from Kate my yoga became even more meaningful and fun! Kate is truly an inspiration in positive action and thought. This past year I decided to join Kate on a trip she organized to Costa Rica for yoga, meditation and connecting to the spirit that is within all of us. It was an amazing and incredible journey. We traveled to a remote part of the mountains in Costa Rica to a special place. All of my senses were re-charged. The sights, sounds, and scents, the beautiful river that was always present in the background, delicious organic fresh food, and wonderful interaction with people who were inspirational and peaceful. Thank you Kate!
I am a 58 year old 10 year plus veteran student of Kate Novacks yoga classes. I attribute my health and well-being to her. Kate has given me the care, healing and tools to live a full life, despite the condition I have been diagnosed with. (a chronic degenerative bone disease). Kate’s classes are filled with love , inspiration and over all good vibes. As one student put it “you feel as though you’re floating after Kates class” so light and limber! There is something extremely special about her practices. It doesn’t matter if you are new or seasoned, young or old, full figured or tiny, male or female , everyone is cared for, welcomed and challenged to their own personal edge. Kate puts extra effort and concern not to have anyone injured or feel as though they don’t belong in the class. Try it out you will love it!

I would like to express my deepest gratitude for what my time in practice has done for my life.
I was in a deep depression when I first began, made worse by several physical issues. All that went away in a matter of months, and I was soon in the best condition, both physically and emotionally of my life, I began to feel like a goddess.
This past fall, however, I noticed a tightness in my chest in certain poses. One partial mastectomy and 33 radiation treatments later, I am now cancer-free.
Throughout my treatment, the wonderful medical staff repeatedly commented on my positive attitude, my stamina, and my rapid recovery.
I know that I owe all that to my time in practice with Kate. I regret that, due to my schedule, I will always be grateful for what I have learned from her
