Kate has been weight training for over 25 years. Back when she was 14, Kate trained with her parents when she bartered a gym membership for a couple hours babysitting per week. Now she’s taken her training out of the gym and to the client.
In 2006, Kate turned a passion into a career and became a W.I.T.S. Certified Personal Trainer. She is also a 200 hr. Registered Yoga Teacher and Stott and Power Pilates Instructor. The in-home training option allows clients the accessibility to meet their goals by learning how to make activity enjoyable, safe and apart of their lives.
The secret of Kate’s success as an in-home trainer is that her love of exercise is contagious! Kate trains a wide variety of clients. All of Kate’s 80+ clients have succeeded in walking taller and without pain. Many have lost over 50lbs to reverse late onset diabetes, feel more energetic, reach their weight loss and spiritual goals, gain strength and live more meaningful, vibrant lives.
